Orders made before 1pm can usually be dispatched same day but not guaranteed.
All orders made after 1pm will be dispatched the next working day.
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.
Express deliveries made before 1pm will be disptached the same day for next day delivery, any express orders made after 1pm will be dispatched the next working day.
Express deliveries are delivered Monday to Friday.

Once your goods are dispatched we are unable to re direct to an alternative address.
ALL courier parcels require a signature on delivery. Please give a daytime delivery address where you know someone will be available to sign for the parcel.
If no one is available to sign for the goods a card will be left with a contact telephone number where you can collect your goods. Items not collected within 7 days will be returned to us.
Any parcels that are refused will immediately be returned to us.
Please note you will be charged a courier rate if you wish for the parcel to be re delivered. Unfortunately we are unable to refund any original delivery charges if your items are returned to us.
Local customers are welcome to collect goods from our premises in Cardiff. Please contact us to place your order and arrange a convenient time for collection.
30 Days Returns Guarantee
If you are unhappy with any purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund, excluding your delivery charges. This applies to all our products except where the item has been opened or seals broken, and personalised goods or goods made to your specification. It is your responsibility to keep the goods safely until they are returned, including the products own packaging. It is also your responsibility to package and address the goods for safe return to us. You are also responsible for return delivery charges.
Please note sale items cannot be returned.
Statutory Rights to Cancel an Order
Our 30 days returns guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights. You have a statutory right to cancel an order by giving us written notice within 7 working days from the date you receive the goods to receive a full refund, which includes your delivery charges. Should you exercise the statutory right to cancel an order, then the goods in question must be returned to us and you will be responsible for the return delivery charges.
We make every effort to ensure that your goods reach you in perfect condition. If you discover an item to be faulty or missing, you must contact us with 7 days. Your statutory rights apply.
If we have substituted items which you are not happy with, we will give you a full refund, including delivery costs and the cost of returning the item(s) to our warehouse.
We do, on the odd occasion, experience delays with the service provided by Royal Mail and orders arrive later than intended. We understand how frustrating this can be, and for this we sincerely apologise.
If your order has not arrived by the due date calculated in Step 1 above, before contacting us, please contact your local Royal Mail Collection Depot as calling cards are not always left.

If your local Royal Mail Collection Depot are unable to advise you of the location of your parcel, we need to allow a defined period before we can consider the order lost. Orders are delayed within Royal Mail for many reasons.
For Standard Delivery Orders, We will need to allow 21 days past delivery before we can consider the order lost. We are unable to dispatch any replacement items during this period.
